Disliked: We received a room where the beds were not made. We then received another room where the floors were dirty. The man at the desk was very kind and understanding however, and tried to make the situation right. The biggest surprise of all was the staff person in the breakfast room was unbelievably rude. She was cooking her waffles (I didn’t know it was hers), and when it beeped, (no one else was around), I tried to take it out, she came and shove my hand aside therefore flipping the metal shield around it, and made a ton of noise! She said “don’t do that!!” I just stared and I said, “I didn’t know that was yours and I’m only trying to help.”I have never had a staff member do that. So unprofessional. I really was speechless. I didn’t report this. Sad to say, this is our last visit to this hotel.

I would find another place...

Disliked: The bathroom smelled sour. There were about 10 electrical outlets. Bedside tables with lights that had 2 electrical outlets each, on the wall were 2 double outlets on each side of the bed and a main table with a lamp that had 2 outlets on it. The only time we could get any of our items to charge was if the light switch on the walls were on. The lights were the same way. There were switches on all the lights, but they didn’t work. So either the lights and outlets would only work when on. The 2 chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in.

Disliked: Hot tub not in service for 9 days while we were there. Only the circulation pump was running no jets at all. Water was 99. Hole n in the ceiling that no one cleaned up. Coffee machine down for 4 days, waffle maker down for 3 days.

Disliked: The place was GROSS! Our room had hair all over the shower. The floor has mud spots on it. The fridge was so hot and stunk soooo bad!! It was so gross. The microwave wasn’t clean. The parking was a real problem too! There was a truck that took up two spots where we we could have parked close to our room. But, since he took up the last 2 spaces we had to park at the other end of the lot. With 2 young kids it was very inconvenient. The ceiling in the pool room was falling apart. The insulation was literally falling out of the ceiling. The hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets were so weak you could hardly feel them. Breakfast was so-so. Powdered eggs, microwaved sausage, some bagels and muffins. It was okay. No fruit so that was a bummer. But there was hot coffee.
