Overall, not bad. Would stay...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Room was a nice size and it was clean.
Disliked: The breakfast attendant couldn't keep up with supply and demand. People were waiting for breakfast items to be replenished. Bathroom only had partial rolls of toilet paper. Had to get more from front desk.

Liked: Very nice, pool was always clean, staff super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Had to ask for toilet paper as the 2 rolls in the room were basically gone. Bathroom sink was clogged. Was woken at 4 am to the sun block blind falling out the wall and down on the air conditioner. Talk about scare of your life! Walls very thin as well.

Liked: Location, lots of restaurant choices
Disliked: Bathroom, shower handle was broken, maintenance did come and did a temporary fix, but then it was difficult to use. Loose pavers at the front of parking lot, unsafe to walk onIce machine didn't work on the 1st floor near my room. Was told to go to another floor to get ice. No outside seating,. unless you are at the pool

My stay was okay but...

Liked: The front desk clerk was very nice and polite made me feel very welcomed upon arrival. Everyone we encountered was nice, so staff friendliness is five stars. The waffles were delicious at breakfast but that's about all I can brag on.
Disliked: Well for starters we were given a room upon check in that wasn't even cleaned or bed made when we first arrived and the whole hotel had a funny smell throughout the facility that wasn't pleasant. That had my husband not excited to even see the rest of the hotel. We then requested a blanket because only sheets and thin white linen was on the bed, we never received he had to go down to front desk to get.
