Liked: Rooms were clean & staff were accommodating. Breakfast was also good.
Disliked: I asked for a late check out, which they accommodated for an additional charge. When I got back from the pool, my room key would not work, nor did the elevator. The front desk person was nice enough to open my room. Unfortunately, after packing, the elevator was still down, so I had to carry my suitcases down from the 2nd floor, which was difficult because I have an Achilles tendon injury.

Liked: It was better after we.moved rooms
Disliked: The first room smelled like mildew. The carpet by the air conditioning unit was actually wet. After the first night we went out and then came back to the room. Noticed the ceiling in bathroom had a Crack and was leaking right onto the toilet.
