Nice clean place and bed...
Liked: Close to all necessities. And the highway. Breakfast was good.However, housekeeping was trying to come in our room at 8:15 and check out wasn’t until 11.

Disliked: There were clothes left in the room from a previous guest. I called front desk 3 times in my 2 nite stay and they never came to remove them then they had the nerve to call me after check out to say I left clothes in the room!

Great Hotel, Apathetic Staff.
Liked: The facility was great. The room was clean, and exactly as advertised. Pool was nice. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The staff front desk girl was difficult to work with. We needed an extra cot for our room which I mentioned when I checked in about 4:30pm. Staff checked me in and said that was no problem. Then when I came back at 11pm I had to go to the front deck to ask again. She was very nice and apologetic said she had forgotten, which was fine. The problem was she had me follow her all over the building trying to find it so I could help her, but she had no idea where it was. I finally asked if I could wait in my room while she called her boss, kinda had to push her into calling someone because she was just going to continue wandering. She was then able to bring it which was good. After that I had to remind her about bedding which she had me follow her around to get, she forgot to give me both sheets so I had to go out again to the front desk and ask for that again. The biggest problem was that when I asked for the sheets she started complaining about how she has just gotten her dinner from her mom and she was really looking forward to eating it, she was going to have me wait until after she ate to get my sheets. It was 11:30 pm, my kids and I really just wanted to go to bed. I understand that things happen and stuff gets forgotten sometimes. I would not have minded if she had just taken care of it when I reminded her at the front desk, (mind you it was the same staff person who checking me in who I delt with the whole time, so there was no lack of communication or something lost with shift changes). What bugged me is that she had me follow her all over, she refused to call her boss for help until I kinda said she needed to, and instead made me wonder all over for 20 min, than complained and had a bad attitude when she was the one who forgot. I get that she was young and learning, the part that bugged me was the laziness and apathy. I write this in hopes that the owner will see it and help her to maybe understand how to interact with clients so that she can succeed.
