Liked: We didn't get the chance to like anything the staff was super rude didn't give us a chance to check in without complaining and tried to record us the whole time when we asked about the windows reward she said that they didn't do the rewards there it was a terrible experience when we had our whole family with us
Disliked: The staff as soon as you walked in it was one lady in the front and she was very rude and secretive about the prices she gave us a price one minute and then changed it up the next

Liked: Fantastic location, friendly staff
Disliked: Literally falling apart. Huge gaps in the walls/base boards. Bathtub so full of hair it didn't drain. Toilet barely flushed.

Disliked: The property was very unclean , we could barely open the door very old door. When I went in the room it had a very bad smell of Clorox extremely bad like if they were trying to hide something, and the mattress had mold

Disliked: The property looked run down on the outside and was not much better on the inside. The pool water did not look very clean even though there were other guests in the pool. It was easy to see the dirt at the bottom of the pool.

Horrible. Wouldn’t recommend this property...

Disliked: Dirty linens, roaches, mold on floor, rooms not clean upon arrival, staff pretty unwilling to help. Had to visit the front desk 9 different times.
