Disliked: Everything...this is a terrible hotel! Rude staff, hidden fees, mildew in the rooms, wet, mushy walls, elevator out of service, dirty towels, wake up call at 4am that we didnt ask for, no extra towels, no ice bucket, and we had to pay $60 on top of the 300 something we already paid, for parking. How did they think we were going to get there?? Didn't know anything about the parking fee until we arrived and had already paid. No refund...wmasnt even offered any help. This was disgusting, horrible service and very much a let down.

Disliked: They never went to clean our room, the elevator did not work and we brought a person in a wheelchair, the hotel is too neglected. They have no breakfast, the dining room is too dirty.

Awful

Liked: Nothing. It was disappointing
Disliked: The rooms were dirty, it smelled like mold, there was poop on the walls, ice machines didn’t work. I called customer service and complained and they forwarded it to the hotel and my complaints were dismissed

Will not return here… ever

Disliked: There was black mold in the shower, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, there was no mattress cover on the mattress. Overpriced for absolutely no reason. From desk person was rude and it cost 15 for parking which is not stated until you are at the hotel.

Beach with Grandkids

Liked: This was the nastiest dump of a hotel I've ever experienced. The 1st room was horrible no amenities, tv didn't work, lights in the room didn't work, locks on door in terrible condition. The 2nd room the beds were moist, furniture old bathroom rusty and moldy. The free breakfast was a literal joke, pretty much nonexistent!! I wouldn't have eaten there anyway, because the place looks as if the State needs to shut it down!! The staff was the least bit knowledgeable or helpful!! Horrible, Horrible, experience!!!
Disliked: I didn't like anything about this place, felt unsafe here the entire stay!

Never again will I make...

Liked: The staff was nice. They said they would give us a full refund then a week later we get off our cruise and find out they refused our refund. Nasty. Ac didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work. Lobby smells horrible. But it was beachfront. Just disgusting

NEVER AGAIN! I’d rather sleep...

Liked: Location was the only good thing about this place
Disliked: Staff was hard to understand and not very friendly. I was charged/scammed out of $15 to park my car at a place that I paid over $200 for a room at. The beds were horrible (we had to ask for clean sheets) the smell is nasty. Looks like mold on the ceiling and water damage on the baseboards (on the 2nd floor). Toothpaste was left on the safety handle in the bathroom. Just all around bad!
