Fluffy pillows, spa linens, steamy hot showers, warm cookies, cheerful front desk, creamy eggs, crusty biscuits, door to door van service to the Mother Earth News Fair - what's not to love? Would return and definitely recommend.

Bad and disrespectful

Liked: It was nice
Disliked: That people were kicked out and still had time left on there rooms.. the staff was stupidly rude and didn’t act like they knew what they were doing.. accidentally left some items in our room and they said nothing was turned in.. I guess not when the staff probably threw it out instead of turning it in!!! Some of it was meds !!! This place is not what it try’s to say it is!!

Liked: How close it is to the airport
Disliked: The staff checking me said I cancelled my booking and I would need to rebook at a higher price. I confirmed I booked parking for 1 week why would cancel??? They gave me. Double queen room instead of a king . Plus they didn’t take a credit card for my stay. They are taking in Helene survivors and I think they are trying to kick out the Other booking!!!

Liked: Hotel was clean, room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Location is perfect for those flying from the airport.
Disliked: No complaints.

Disliked: Tv channel choices are limited. Front desk lady was not terribly helpful when the remote control did not work for the TV

Clean and convenient

Liked: Location to the airport and the shuttle service.
Disliked: My room was very hard to control the temperature. I had to have the fan blowing all night since it was so stuffy. This left me congested in the morning.
