Disappointing

Very disappointed not worth the...
Liked: Staff was pleasant
Disliked: Breakfast was so disappointing. Sausage was undercooked. Coffee tasted like it was instant coffee. Pillows were so hard couldn’t sleep all night. Room smelled like pot as soon as I walked in. Elevator was jacked up. Very dirty. Don’t believe the pictures you see online.

No real curtains and its...
Disliked: There's only sheer curtains on the windows. No privacy or blackout curtains. It's weird. The sheets had a crusty brown spot. Place is overall slightly dirty. Not from construction, just not cleaned very well.

Fabulous Hotel
Liked: I love the convenience of the hotel. The beds are very comfortable. Very quiet hotel and the staff is very nice.

Disliked: I believe they are having a renovation and real need look like a dungeon also the housekeepers and others employees make a lot noise in the morning with no any consideration for the one’s trying to sleep just laughing and screaming with each other

Do better.
Liked: The linens were clean. Bed and TV seemed new. Window was openable. Lighting in the room was good. Shower was hot. Plenty of parking. Very convenient to beacon.
Disliked: Can’t believe Wyndham lets their brand be associated with this property. Staff: creepy and unhappy. Man who was working when we first tried to check in was wearing a black suit, sneakers, and a full 3” crucifix around his neck. Not a cross. A crucifix complete with little Jesus statuette nailed to the cross. Ignored us as we walked in. Finally came back to tell us we were too early (we were;that’s fair). Except for the woman who worked evenings, everyone else was miserable. As of 5/26/25 the hotel is under “renovation.” Total mess. Hallways filthy. Boxes stacked up. And the renovation quality is pretty sloppy. Bathroom door didn’t close. Paint, in many layers accumulated over years, splattered everywhere. Tub nozzle not screwed on right. Room doors slam shut. Towels like sandpaper (tho good for exfoliating perhaps). One tiny bar of soap for the whole room. We paid over $325 for two nights here, booked well in advance. Oops. Oh well.
