We were in town for...

Liked: The staff were amazing! They were friendly and approachable. They gave great suggestions about places to eat. I had forgot to book a roll away bed for the one night our son stayed with us and they eagerly helped us and ensured we had everything we needed. I had never done laundry at a hotel and they were great instructing me. We travel a lot for work and this stands out as one of the most pleasant hotel experiences

Okay for very short stay

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Not clean enough. The grey paint in the rooms made it look dark

Rooms need more care, but...

Liked: Breakfast okay
Disliked: There were bugs in the bed. Bathtub and shower curtain were moldy. Vending machine was broken.However the staff were excellent.

The location right off the...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The fits and furnishings were very tired, the carpeting felt damp and the bathtub grouting needed a good scrub…and we had to ask for towels for the third person in our party even though we had booked and paid for three.

It was what I needed...

Liked: It was clean and the staff was nice.
Disliked: The room showed some wear but it didn’t affect my stay.
