Very quiet and enjoyable time.

Liked: Quiet.
Disliked: Farther than we thought.

I reserved a room through ConcertHotels and didn't know what to expect. I arrived at the motel and when checking in, I was told my room had been upgraded. It was wonderful! The room was clean. Everything was awesome. Breakfast was nice. Place was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Liked: I booked this hotel on it's ratings and it was awesome! Very clean, great location and the employees were exceptionally nice!

Liked: Later pool hours close to everything, price was affordable Check in was easy and staff was good and greeted us every time we entered
Disliked: Woke up to ants everywhere despite no open food as did several other guest. Bathtub was sketchy.

Liked: The property was built relatively recently, and it was reasonably clean.
Disliked: They offer room service per request, but I did not receive it once, despite my request. I heard the same from another family. The second time I received the service. Also, they suddenly had a tour bus full of tourists staying, so they got busy for breakfast, so we allowed the tour folks to eat first, as there were not enough tables for everyone. After they left, around 8:50, we started our breakfast. Still, even though we and some others were left behind due to the unavailability of the tables, sharp 9, before we could get something to eat, while several people were still trying to eat, they collected the food. They left some rushing, chasing food, and some stayed hungry! Also, they were short-staffed.
