We had to wait an hour and a half for our second room to be ready and inspected for us. The pool had way to much chlorine in it. My kids eyes were bright red and was burning the night after they got out of the pool. They were crying because it was so bad. Other than that the stay was great. Loved the rooms and everything else.

Great Experience all around

Liked: Very clean and free breakfast was amazing. Staff were extremely nice and when my car was hit they made sure to get the info from the person who hit it. Pool was clean and there was plenty of towels available.
Disliked: Nothing the entire stay was awesome.

Liked: conveince of pool. shower head in the tub was excellent. when asked staff responded quickly. we did feel safe.
Disliked: there were no comforters or blankets on the beds. the temperature for the a/c was cooler than what we usually set our thermastat. we were cold at night and no having blankets was inconvient. when the room as cleaned on our second day, the pods for the coffee maker were not replenished by room cleaners. the first day of breakfast was good. the second day there were only 2 containers of yogurt and the orange juice machine only was dispensing basically water.
