We had to wait an hour and a half for our second room to be ready and inspected for us. The pool had way to much chlorine in it. My kids eyes were bright red and was burning the night after they got out of the pool. They were crying because it was so bad. Other than that the stay was great. Loved the rooms and everything else.

Disliked: Wait for the second room.

Wonderfully quiet after a noisy...

Liked: I enjoyed that it was quiet.
Disliked: The bath tubes are very slick and have a curve. Either it needs a flat bottom, more handles for getting out, or walk-in options for all guests to choose if they want.

Liked: Great location. Near restaurants and stores.
Disliked: The worst sound proofing between rooms I have ever come across. Children running up and down the hallway screaming for hours on end. Level 4. Wouldn’t stay here again. Many places to stay close by. Try somewhere else.

Disliked: Didn't choose to take advantage of the breakfast buffet. I observed children using the utensils inappropriately. Also, touching stuff, and then returning them. (Such as plates and cups). There was NO audible privacy in our room from the connecting room. Felt completely violated.
