We had to wait an hour and a half for our second room to be ready and inspected for us. The pool had way to much chlorine in it. My kids eyes were bright red and was burning the night after they got out of the pool. They were crying because it was so bad. Other than that the stay was great. Loved the rooms and everything else.

Liked: The hotel rooms and the employees were great.
Disliked: Wait for the second room.

Liked: We loved our weekend stay. We will definitely be back next year!

Liked: The moment we arrived we were instantly greeted and welcomed. The room was very nice. I appreciated the fact that they use Dove products in the bathroom. So much nicer than those cheap soaps and lotion that other hotels use! I really enjoyed how they gave little details to remember about times of breakfast and the pool with the key cards. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, polite, and helpful as we are from a very small town and being in a city was intimidating!!
