We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings which were good, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and the rooms were clean.

Liked: The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was good.
Disliked: We knew it was a family hotel for everyone. Just disturbing to hear kids screaming and running down the hotel floors in the morning when a person is still trying to enjoy sleeping in. It never happened but that's not unusual either. We have to remember we're not in a church, we're in a hotel. We did request and got moved to another floor which took care of the problem.

Liked: Good location, good price and very friendly staff!
Disliked: VERY VERY LOUD at night when we were trying to sleep. Not sure if the floors/halls are even remotely soundproof as we could hear full conversations in halls and rooms either side of us. The jacuzzi tub is quite cracked on the bottom and all those little cracks in the surface effect comfort when you’re trying to relax. Rather than sliding up and down it’s a little like sandpaper.

Disliked: The breakfast area was messy. Not a large variety of breakfast options.
