The hotel was very cheap and was way better than I expected.

Liked: The cleanliness and the staff were very polite and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing I was very satisfied with my stay.

Friendly staff; indoor pool disappointing. Breakfast OK - wondering why gravy was served and no biscuits to go with it.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Room needed to be upgraded; sheets were torn; furniture dirty; bathroom needed to be updated.

The space was clean but could use a few updates.

Liked: Close to the Infinite Energy Arena; nice and clean hotel; good breakfast.

Overall, it was a safe place to sleep, but not much else. Barely worth the money I paid to stay there, considering there are at least two other hotels on this same street. The staff was friendly though and the breakfast was free, so those were two highlights.

Liked: Location and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Two lights in my room didn't work at all, and one of them I noticed that night was flickering despite being a CFL bulb, meaning there's probably a short in it. The shower head had no pressure and the bathtub leaked and dripped all night.

Liked: Location was 4 miles from concert. Clean and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. Loved this hotel.
Disliked: Ice build up in the fridge, so much that we could not put our bottle of water in the fridge. Housekeeping should check this everyday.

Great place to stay. Extremely helpful staff. Very comfortable room.

I enjoyed my brief stay in order to attend a conference. Even though I was nervous about staying in this area, I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and clean the hotel was maintained.
