Very good

Liked: Quiet, I didn't see a single person. Tons of USB C charging ports. I counted at least 7. The TV was very nice. The showers were excellent. The staff was great as well.
Disliked: They cut corners on the pillows, literally the pillows were just small squares. The room was very hot and took a long time to cool down.In the morning, the breakfast options were awful. I just ended up getting breakfast someplace else.

Liked: The sausage was undercooked and had powdered eggs. The coffee wasn’t good. Had a hard time finding the ice machine. Beds were very comfortable. The fan in the bathroom was too loud. The light on the desktop didn’t work.

Claytor Area hotel renovated!

Liked: Convenient and budget friendly! Close to ClaytorLake and dam. Nearby restaurants, gas stations, and ice-cream. Indoor heated pool and fresh breakfast
Disliked: Elevator was a little slow

Gem of a hotel

Liked: Great hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Close to interstate. Black out blinds were a game changer!
Disliked: Tv was difficult to navigate.

Disliked: How they lied say a lamp was stolen I don’t Ned to steal a lamp. If they got all those camera they can see it’s awful to just take someone money to lie I will now visit this motel again

DO NOT STAY HERE

Disliked: We were charged a $250 fee for supposedly a smoke smell in the room. The room smelled like fish when we first got in there. We had to clean the refrigerator and the filters in the room. We arrived at 9:30 pm so we didn't want to complain we were all just tired. No one smoked in our room. Then there was another charge of $1200 for supposedly a damaged mattress and comforter. I spoke to the front desk about it and she said it was soiled like urine. Which was a bogus charge. We pulled back the covers to make sure we didn't leave anything behind so we know there was no soiling and we would obviously know if that had occurred. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would have to call me. I filed a police report for fraudulent charges and disputed it with my credit card. The police station said they have been called about this hotel many times.
