Liked: Nice clean room
Disliked: How they lied say a lamp was stolen I don’t Ned to steal a lamp. If they got all those camera they can see it’s awful to just take someone money to lie I will now visit this motel again

DO NOT STAY HERE

Disliked: We were charged a $250 fee for supposedly a smoke smell in the room. The room smelled like fish when we first got in there. We had to clean the refrigerator and the filters in the room. We arrived at 9:30 pm so we didn't want to complain we were all just tired. No one smoked in our room. Then there was another charge of $1200 for supposedly a damaged mattress and comforter. I spoke to the front desk about it and she said it was soiled like urine. Which was a bogus charge. We pulled back the covers to make sure we didn't leave anything behind so we know there was no soiling and we would obviously know if that had occurred. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would have to call me. I filed a police report for fraudulent charges and disputed it with my credit card. The police station said they have been called about this hotel many times.

Liked: After calling the hotel and asking if the swimming pool was open and being told yes it was closed. The water in the shower barely warm and did not get any warmer. The staff to say the least was unhelpful and rude.

Decent but room for improvement.

Liked: It was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable, the hot water runs out mid shower, the breakfast had milk and yogurt out of date. The pool was closed, and the elevator door does a weird bumping motion when it sits still after opening. My door card stopped working after the first night and the staff had trouble getting me a new card that would work, it took three tries for them to fix it.
