Liked: Close to the airport, breakfast was ok.

Wonderful stay!

Disliked: I have stayed twice at this location and both times left early and was told I could not get a receipt because the computer was down?????

Bad

Disliked: No soap. No shampoo. The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived barely spoke English. Morning front desk person was completely unhelpful.

Exceptional

Corporate hotel near the airport

Liked: The room was clean, well appointed, and the hotel was in a location I needed it to be (near the airport). The bathroom was nice and large so you weren't bumping into the walls every turn, and basically everything was as advertised.
Disliked: Having to use an app to pay for parking (at $10/night). Now another third party has my credit card info unnecessarily. The check-in and check-out online system. I checked out at the front desk and left at 4am for the airport, and sometime many hours later I got an email from the hotel's automated system asking me to complete check-out procedure and let them know when I was checking out.

Not going back

Liked: Bed was good
Disliked: We paid up front and were charged again. Security deposit was larger than most at $100 haven’t got it back yet after 4 days. Chaos at the front desk. Won’t go back.

Great place to stay to...

Liked: Comfortable and quiet room. Down to earth staff with no pretensions and just good service
Disliked: Several electrical sockets were inoperative. When you have kids carrying around a lot of electronics it can be mildly inconvenient but not a big deal overall
