Sad and exhausting

Disliked: They have cancelled my booking without any explanation. Moreover they were overbooked and it was very hard to find another accomodation that night

Overall our trip was extraordinary...

Liked: Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I did not like that I was charged to park at the hotel, especially when it was supposed to be free. Having an extra expense out of the blue was very misleading.

Exceptional

Liked: Check was quick and easy. Everyone was pleasant and hospitable. The rooms were nice, updated and also very clean.
Disliked: My only complaint would be that there was only one rolling card for guests to bring their own luggage up.

The perfect low-cost stay when...

Liked: This hotel is EXACTLY what you need it to be - a clean, safe, comfortable overnight stay while you are waiting for your next flight out of Denver. Within a 10-minute drive to the airport, this hotel is new, features a very comfortable bed, has a modest (though could be larger) gym, and offers the typical budget hotel breakfast. It was the cheapest of all similar hotels in the neighborhood and there is ZERO reason to go anywhere else. Good job!
Disliked: Not much. It is a clean, comfortable overnight. When you are transiting or waiting for a flight out the next day, it is an ideal option.

Liked: Modern, clean and very comfortable bed. Loved the sheets. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good shuttle service. Will stay again.
Disliked: The hot water at breakfast should be hotter. It’s not hot enough to brew tea.
