Disappointment

Disliked: Bagels where stale

Disappointing

Liked: Water for shower was good and hot!
Disliked: When we got to the room the first thing we noticed was that the sheer curtain was shredded. Not sure what had happened, but only way to keep outside privacy was to close main drapes. Also noticed an "elevation" change in the floor of our room as we walked towards the window. It was like the floor was sagging till you got close to the window.

Beyond Disappointed

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room door was open. There was wine and food in the refrigerator. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I checked out immediately.

It was wonderful.

Liked: Many option for morning breakfast.not expensive.
Disliked: It’s two hotel in same building for this wingate we have to stay 3 rd floor and need to take elevator.first two floor is Baymont hotel and 3 rd floor is wingate.

Bad

Liked: We canceled and went somewhere else.
Disliked: They supposedly upgraded us after I told them we needed the bottom floor because we had our 91 year old mom with us. So they put us on the 3rd floor. Wasn't good. I asked to see the bottom floor, and they were much more of an upgrade. But the one they showed us there was someone using the bathroom. So we canceled and left for another hotel.

Stay somewhere else. Yuck.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was filthy. Everything had some kind of haze on it. The light switch look like it had poop on it. The toilet leek water all over. We only had 1 thin towel. The tv had 3 channels. The floor was linoleum and so dirty. The mirror was attached to the wall crooked and the film on it was so think you couldn’t see yourself. The HVAC had hair growing on it. How it got an 8 is beyond me

Elevator didn’t work. Very strong...

Liked: Breakfast was nice. Lots of options.
