Disliked: This was the worst hotel I've ever attempted to stay in. People doing drugs outside of the entrance. Signs falling off the walls in the lobby. Unclean lobby. The hallway carpets were dirty. Room had an tree airfreshner stuck to the aircondioner, that wasn't actually making cool air. Proabally to mask the stale smell. The sheets on the bed were stained the comforter had what looked like blood on it. The room carpet was dirty. I immediately went to the front desk to get a refund and find another hotel. I was told I couldn't get a refund till the manger was there and he would not be there till the next morning so I could come back or call. I returned the next morning after staying across the way at the Hampton Inn (very nice hotel). Still no manager, now he wouldn't be in till 11 am. I asked for him to call me when he got in. No call. So I called them at 1:30 pm. Was told the manager wouldn't be in foe 20 more minutes. I again asked for a call back. No call back. I called back 2 hours later. Was put on hold indefinitely. So I hung up and called the main corporate office. At this moment 5 days later no refund, no call back from the hotel manager.

Exceptional

Liked: The people at the desk when were checked in were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. There's also a great selection of restaurants nearby.

Liked: Water for shower was good and hot!
Disliked: When we got to the room the first thing we noticed was that the sheer curtain was shredded. Not sure what had happened, but only way to keep outside privacy was to close main drapes. Also noticed an "elevation" change in the floor of our room as we walked towards the window. It was like the floor was sagging till you got close to the window.

Beyond Disappointed

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room door was open. There was wine and food in the refrigerator. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I checked out immediately.
