Liked: Lucy at the front desk was so helpful and personable.
Disliked: Very dirty, stained curtains, water stains in the bathroom, rugs were not vacuumed.

Liked: Staff were friendly if unwilling to let me leave without paying for a day I didn't stay there. Part of the floor was cleaner than the other part. Odd how 2 hotels were incorporated into 1, Wingate and Baymont, based on which floor you were on, but ok?
Disliked: Advertised as a king bed with a sofa bed and hair dryer. Hotel said they never had sofa beds and no hair dryers! As a gold member I asked to relocate due to false advertising. Told I would be penalized a days cost to do this! Not happy at being lied to!

Disliked: Hotel was awful. At best a 1 star. Didn't appear to be clean. Window was broken bathroom out dated. I couldn't stay I went and booked at another hotel across the street. Money wasted. This hotel was like a motel truck stop

Will never stay or recommend this property to anyone. I have never been so disappointed

Disliked: everything. ac broken, fridge broken, no microwave turn table, yellow stain on bed sheets.
