We enjoyed our stay very...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Wide variety of foods and the food was plentiful and hot.
Disliked: All was good.

All n all it was...

Liked: We like the location and cleanliness of the hotel.
Disliked: The smell of the room was a little off putting. The carpet felt damp.

Disliked: rudely being awaking at 4:30 am wee hours of the morning from a leaking ceiling dripping all over me and the bed

Disliked: Room was so cold, bed sheets felt wet. Mattress was lumpy. Breakfast eggs were tasteless.

Liked: Perfect location for what we were doing... nice & quite... pool was awesome... didn't seem busy had pool for 2 hours to ourselves... breakfast was delicious

Liked: I really enjoyed the computer and quality of the room. I liked how quiet it was. Breakfast was consistent. Plenty of amenities. The room had tons of space and everything was well kept. House keeping was consistent and punctual. I never had any issues that couldn't be resolved.
Disliked: There were some hiccups with check in and a faulty room but these were quickly resolved and the stay was overall great. There just needs to be more effective communication and maybe not have property staff complain when people book through booking.com instead of directly because that's unprofessional. Issues were always resolved so it really turned my stay around because the staff truly cared about the quality of the stay and life happens.

Good place for an overnight...

Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great but it was free so can't complain too much
