Disliked: Very noisy due to closeness to I-35. It just looked tired.

I was cat fished by...

Liked: I like nothing about it. The price is what caught my eye but the pictures online are not the same in person.
Disliked: The entry door had tape residue. The host wasn't very friendly. The smell was too fruity in the common area. The pool area didn't look sanitized because the windows looked like scum was on it. The room had a mildew- like sewer smell. The toilet seat was loose. After I went back to the front desk and asked to see other rooms, he showed me two more rooms and the toilet seats were loose on them. I just told him to refund my money. My kids and I had to find somewhere else to stay. Which was an inconvenience because my preferences were either sold out or not the room accomodation I needed. After searching online and going to see another hotel, I ended up at the Springhill Suites.

Liked: It was a nice room. Love the tub
Disliked: The a/c didn’t quite cool the room. I woke up hot.

Liked: The location and airport shuttle
Disliked: No help, beds were made 1 night out of 4 room, trash cans never emptied, room was never cleaned, had to go to front desk everyday to get clean towels, staff was very unprofessional and at times rude.

Don’t go here. Pay $10...

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: Ad advertise that there was a shuttle and I waited for it and it never showed up and I had to call an Uber to go to the airport. No one was there at the front desk to help either.

Liked: The hotel was overall ok. They provided complimentary breakfast which was pretty good. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The main issue with this hotel was the cleanliness. Our room had stained curtains with what looked like old blood. Majority of the towels in the room and pool area were stained. The hallway did have a funky smell…The bed was comfortable.

Exceptional

Liked: The place was wonderful! Clean, smelled very nice, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast, great staff.

Decent value for the price...

Liked: Hotel was generally clean, organized. Breakfast was very good. Although rooms together were not prepared the check in staff was able to find two together with connecting doorway for our children.
Disliked: Value for the price was not great. Hotel does not mention there is a stripclub immediately next door and literally outside our room window. Luckily the "action" didn't start until after our kids were in bed.
