Liked: The front desk agent was kind.
Disliked: I use booking.com religiously and I’ve never experienced a place look so different from the pictures. There was a crack head loitering out front, there were people having their clothes from the window like they live there, the building is gross on the outside and inside, the rooms smell like smoke, the bathroom door barely closes and there were roaches in the hallway. The only reason I started is because I was stuck. I ended up staying at a friends house the last night because I couldn’t take it. This place reminds me of a halfway house or an extended stay motel.
