Exceptional

Liked: Everything was exceptional..

Large suite but barely comfortable

Liked: One of the staff was very accommodating as we needed to check in much earlier on the day we arrived. The suite was also much larger than we expected which was nice and had a jacuzzi.
Disliked: While the room was spacious, the design, layout and furnishings of the entire space was not well thought out. The floor was a strange material that seemed to sweat. No carpets at all to warm up the living space and cozy it up. The sofa and chairs were not only old but just seemed dirty. The pullout bed was basically springs. The bathroom though it had a jacuzzi, had no exhaust fan. The whole place just felt humid and musty. The pillows were terrible! I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel with bad pillows until this one.

Liked: Our room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked the rooms , they were clean and comfortable to sleep in and stay.
Disliked: The front desk lady was rude and ignorant from the moment we arrived. Then we came down to use the Jacuzzi right before the pool closed. The lady was insinuating things about my fiancee's son that wasn't staying with us only came to use the pool and left right after. But she tried saying that we were lying about the amount of guests we had . It was only me n my fiancee and our dog. The pool didn't have towels and when my fiancee approached the front desk lady to tell her she got an attitude and acted like he was lying about the lack of towels and she had to go get towels and was acting like it was an inconvenience. Also, the pool wasn't closing for over another hour and she told us that we only had 15 mins to be there. She just wasn't a very friendly person.

The stay was amazing and...

Liked: I love the staffs and the teamwork. Staff never disappointed customer.
Disliked: The WiFi slow at some point. It be nice to know the username for the hotel to be able to login into WiFi password.

Liked: The bed was very nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was not the best. the eggs were weird came from a bag. They ran out of waffle mix so the worker didn't want to get up from the desk to make more. She was eating her own burrito.
