Night staff needs to be...

Liked: The hotel itself was pretty good. Most of the amenities you would look for. The breakfast is probably the best thing they do.
Disliked: The staff, specifically the night staff, is the worst I've experienced at any hotel I've ever been to and I've stayed at hundreds so that is saying something. I owed $40 for a past visit and already had made arrangements with the day staff. When I came back to check in the night staff was absolutely unprofessional and blatantly disrespectful. They wanted to charge me twice that amount and when I explained the situation I was treated as a liar. I was yelled at and disrespected by 2 staff members. I was told I was to leave the property and wasn't allowed to gather my things from my room. My fiance had to go in to get them. They proceeded to lie to her about the situation and painted the picture as if I was the one who escalated the situation. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times over the last 2 years. To be treated this way is not the way you run a hotel and I know because I have worked in the industry. The only issues I have ever had are with the night staff, specifically these 2 staff members. Everyone else has been great. The gentleman working the desk is specifically a disrespectful prick to me. I won't plan on staying there as long as he continues to work there. He clearly has a problem with me for what reason I am not sure. It's too bad because I've enjoyed my stays outside of these interactions.

Definitely a repeat for me....

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean room.
Disliked: The breakfast area needed quite a bit of attention - overflowing waste basket, supplies low, counters were a bit sloppy and sticky.I know it's hard when people are slobs...

Not the best stay

Liked: close to shopping and restaurants
Disliked: The lady at front desk took my card and said it wouldn't be charged , it's was only for if there was any damage to the room. She charged me 188.00 for the room when I already paid bookings for it. So now I have to wait to see if they reimburse me and how long before it's back on my card
