Wingate by Wyndham Convention Ctr Closest Universal Orlando

I booked this hotel online and paid in advance. When I checked in the girl at the front desk asked for my credit card then proceeded to swipe it, before telling me what she was charging me for. After I asked she told me they would hold $30 and return it in five days. When I logged into my bank account two days later, I noticed three different charges. They said we were smoking in the room. I don't smoke, and neither do the other two people that were there with me. That weekend the hotel was filled with rave kids and the whole floor smelled like marijuana and they said we smoked in the room. I tried to discuss the situation but the person who answered would not listen to me and hung up on me. I guess this is how the hotel makes their money, by stealing it from guests.

Disliked: Front desk staff.

Disliked: The sofa needs to be changed, and the other furniture needs to be cleaned.

Liked: The location is perfect, close to the Universal studio. They provided the free shuttle bus. Check-in and check-out was smoother in the advanced online process. It was cleaned daily. The staff was responsive and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. Less choice

Disliked: There was only 1 time for the shuttle to Universal.

Liked: The hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and the breakfast was pretty decent.
Disliked: Breakfast could start a little earlier and have some fruits. The hairdryer kept turning off (I think it was overheating, but super quickly).
