I booked this hotel online and paid in advance. When I checked in the girl at the front desk asked for my credit card then proceeded to swipe it, before telling me what she was charging me for. After I asked she told me they would hold $30 and return it in five days. When I logged into my bank account two days later, I noticed three different charges. They said we were smoking in the room. I don't smoke, and neither do the other two people that were there with me. That weekend the hotel was filled with rave kids and the whole floor smelled like marijuana and they said we smoked in the room. I tried to discuss the situation but the person who answered would not listen to me and hung up on me. I guess this is how the hotel makes their money, by stealing it from guests.

The stay was good, but...

Disliked: One part I did not like is you advertise for a theme park shuttle but that’s not really what it is. It leaves at 8:15 and comes back at 5:30 and only goes to one place. What kind of shuttle comes back at 5:30 who goes to a theme park and comes back at 5:30 and it’s only one the theme part we were going to didn’t open till 10 and it was a different location so there was no theme park shuttle for us so that was a joke. We liked everything about the hotel except for the breakfast that has to be the plain us nastiest, eggs, and sausage I’ve ever eaten you have to do better than that.
