Wingate by Wyndham Convention Ctr Closest Universal Orlando

I booked this hotel online and paid in advance. When I checked in the girl at the front desk asked for my credit card then proceeded to swipe it, before telling me what she was charging me for. After I asked she told me they would hold $30 and return it in five days. When I logged into my bank account two days later, I noticed three different charges. They said we were smoking in the room. I don't smoke, and neither do the other two people that were there with me. That weekend the hotel was filled with rave kids and the whole floor smelled like marijuana and they said we smoked in the room. I tried to discuss the situation but the person who answered would not listen to me and hung up on me. I guess this is how the hotel makes their money, by stealing it from guests.

Liked: I love the location and the beds are so confortables. The ladies in the reception are so kind!
Disliked: I definitely don’t like the breakfast, it’s really bad, every day the same foods: pancakes, waffles, bread, horrible eggs, never they offer some fruit, or yogurt or something healthier.

Disliked: The eggs tasted like they were processed, not real. Perhaps it would be nice to have healthy choices such as fruit.

Liked: The hotel was really close to the highways (which we needed since we were just staying overnight) and the rooms and lobby were immaculate!

Liked: Very nice hotel. Clean , quiet, nice clean pool. They serve breakfast. And coffee all day. Meet our every need. I would recommend for any one one a budget looking for a safe ,clean, very cozy.
Disliked: I loved everything. Meet all our needs and expectations.
