Upon arrival, I was told that I could not stay because I am not yet 21, even though I had already made a reservation online where it did not mention an age requirement. I told the concierge I was either leaving now with a full refund or leaving in the morning. He opted for letting me stay "just don't talk to anyone". I've never felt so marginalized and slighted in my life. Aside from being made to feel like a criminal, I have no complaints. My room was clean, and the free hot breakfast was yummy.

Liked: Very clean facility located near Walmart and restaurants very convenient staff was great and helpful

Nice place to relax

Liked: Bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: Tried paying security deposit in cash but the front desk person said they can only do card. We were traveling and getting low on money on our card. He said it was an “invisible charge” and that we wouldn’t see it come out of the account. It came out immediately. He said it’ll be refunded when we check out. It took 5 days lol

Liked: The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good.

Disliked: AC was placed on continuous but went off during night, then all noise from other rooms could be heard.

Exceptional

Left exhausted after my nights...

Liked: The location was good. Hotel was clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately I had the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel.The mattress/topper was worn out in a way that caused me to roll toward the center of the bed. It kept waking me up each time I tried to adjust myself.I was left frustrated!

Would stay there again and...

Liked: It was the best hotel we have stayed in for the price- and we travel a Lot! We were very impressed. Thank you for the care you take in cleanliness and ambiance.
Disliked: The ONLY problem was that we were in a room at the end of the hall and early in the morning as staff was getting cleaning supplies ready it was really loud. I just wasnt ready to wake up that early as we had traveled 10 hours that day. They have to clean and get ready- but the sound just carried strongly to that room. Just an fyi.
