Liked: Room size, temp very comfortable
Disliked: phone in room didn't work, tv took several minutes to connect to service and pixelated. Cleaning staff should not be trying to bring large laundry carts up the elevator during very busy breakfast time on weekend. 3 carts waiting while people staying are trying to use elevator

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and quiet. Appreciate the concrete floors, could not hear anyone above us.
Disliked: The key card programming did not work, and required another trip to the front desk. Only one key worked. Beds were a bit too soft.
