Liked: check in and check out was simple online
Disliked: it had an odor when you walked into the building. The pillows were dirty and smelled like sweat. comforter had a tear right in the center and God only knows what was on the bed skirt but it was dirty also.

Liked: The staff was nice
Disliked: The first room we received had bed bugs so we had to get switched to a different room. They were helpful with the room switch, but traveling with kids it is hard to not worry about what could happen.

Liked: Our room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great- well above average. All the staff were friendly, courteous, and willing to accommodate my needs.
