Wingate by Wyndham Canton-Hall of Fame

When I walked into the room, I was shocked at how unclean it seemed. It looked like the carpet hadn't been vaccumed, the tv had bad reception, the faucet in the dining area barely had any pressure. The outside looked neglected with weeds growing everywhere. It seemed very old and outdated and run down. Even though we had a smoker's room, I thought they could have at least tried to spray some air freshener. I was unhappy with the room. The staff however was very polite.

Disliked: Not very clean, needs to be better kept outside.

Very clean. Pleasant staff. When told staff about the problems with my room, they upgraded for no extra charge.

Disliked: light behind mirror just kept flashing. light in shower was a small led bulb instead of flood light bulb. hallway to room was dirty and we had to check out and not stay and lose one night money. trash all around outside of building.

Disliked: Room was very dirty found evidence of bed bugs as we were packing up to leave found a live one on the bed. The box spring covers were filthy. It looked like someone was living in the room. Wall had a giant crack in it along with ceiling. Parking lot has giant pot holes in it. Elevators were also dirty. Smelled of weed in the hallways this is room 203
