Wingate by Wyndham Canton-Hall of Fame

When I walked into the room, I was shocked at how unclean it seemed. It looked like the carpet hadn't been vaccumed, the tv had bad reception, the faucet in the dining area barely had any pressure. The outside looked neglected with weeds growing everywhere. It seemed very old and outdated and run down. Even though we had a smoker's room, I thought they could have at least tried to spray some air freshener. I was unhappy with the room. The staff however was very polite.

Very clean. Pleasant staff. When told staff about the problems with my room, they upgraded for no extra charge.

Disliked: Dried urine on the toilet. The shower diverter was stuck so I couldn't take a shower in the morning. Breakfast basic.

One of the best hotels...

Liked: There were no eggs in first day and no sausages or bacon at all. Breakfast was only muffins, toast, cereal and small yogurt. Eould be better in offered a bit more
Disliked: Very vlean,room was very spacious, staff very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: There were mouse traps in the room. The ceiling was falling down and there were black sediments coming out of the whirlpool faucet.

I want a refund

Liked: Honestly, i didn't like much. There was a lot to complain about.
Disliked: TV was old and ran by cable. Air conditioning barely worked. Bathroom was EXTREMELY SMALL. Kitchenette was only a sink with suspicious quality of water and a dirty outdated microwave oven. The bed was very uncomfortable with no light overhead and the toilet and shower were dirty.
