A very positive experience in all departments. Had the best sleep ever - great bed and quiet surroundings!

Liked: The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable.
Disliked: - No in room coffee makner. Hotels at every price point usuallly have them. - No clock in the room.- Only a table top ironing board, which is nearly impossible to use.- Website says daily housekeeping, but I didn't have any until the third day and I had to call the front desk to ask why I hadn't had it. I was told it is by request only. It does not say that on the website and was not told to me at check in.

Liked: It was fairly clean. Staff at check in was helpful. The bed was more comfortable than most.
Disliked: HORRIBLE soundproofing, rather a lack of any!!! You can hear EVERYTHING and everyone so, no sleep for you.The blue lights are harsh and make it hard to relax. The staff managing breakfast....what managing? I just can't say anything good about that.The parking is not enough for the hotel.Seems we had the unfortunate luck to be there when they had been booked and the people NOT managing or regulating their kids was just REDICULOUSE!
