The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I felt very safe and was pleased with the location.

Great staff, needs renovations

Liked: The location was great and the staff was amazing, especially Mahogany.
Disliked: Disappointment was amplified by the cost being higher than Margaritaville, so I expected a nicer facility. (This location was more convenient for me which is why I didn’t stay at Margaritaville). It was very dated, third floor smelled getting off elevator; room was stale like mildew, phone didn’t work; got moved to first floor - was better smell, but carpet, curtains, furniture were just old and dusty. Blow dryer didn’t work (replaced of course, but wasn’t usable when I needed it).

Disliked: Breakfast was unorganized. Only spoon to eat with. Small amount of food. No waffle batter.

Disliked: 1. Ran out of breakfast. 2. Hot in the lobby 3. Some type of blood stain or urine stain in the elevator. 4. Dents in the walls, paint peelimg off. 5. Did not clean the rooms had to go get new towels and soap. 6. Toilet flusher broke and had to operate the toilet by hand.

Liked: Great service and location were very accommodating.
Disliked: Knowing there would be 3 people, the towel situation could have been better in the room. The gym equipment was not operating correctly.
