Disliked: Property was filthy. I could not stay in this hotel.

Liked: I did not stay there. I checked in and checked out immediatly. I am waiting for a full refund.
Disliked: There was dried blood on the bed, the whole room was disgusting.

Liked: The cost was great. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't completely clean, the sink. And not enough towels for four people.

Liked: I booked through booking . Com. Then when I went they were sold out. Then booking .com also some how changed the dates and I was charged for the room. I will never use this chain of hotels ever again. I will sleep in my in my car before they see another penny from me or my family. When I called to speak to a manager 2 time's one was never there. Great business practice for any type of customer service.
Disliked: Never stayed. Rude and bad customer service.

Liked: The staff was very kind. They allowed our grandchilden (who were not hotel guests) to swim for several hours in tbhe pool. Then, they allowed us to use a table in the in the breakfast area for several hours in the afternoon to play card games. The bed was confortable and the place was clean.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was very dim. The switch on the desk lamp was defectivew. Only by carefully moving it to the exact sweet spot would the desk light come on fully bright. Also, the other lamps in the room were very dim.
