Superb
Liked: The location is great for the airport, the airport car rental is close, the hotel shuttle will take you there. If you go for a taxi it costs about $35 to baltimore but then the light train network is good.
Disliked: The breakfast finishes at 9am, in Europe generally between 10am to 11am, but the breakfast is good, a nice selection. Took me time to figure out how to make a proper American waffle

Liked: The staff was friendly. Check-in was quick. The room was a nice size.
Disliked: My room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was a smoking room. There was also dried blood specks on one of my bed pillows.

Don't waste your money.
Liked: Other than it was close to the location we wanted to be in, there is nothing that would have been defined as "good" about this place.
Disliked: Where do I begin? Honestly, if I hadn't booked a non-refundable stay, I would have left the first night. You know others have made complains when they have phone numbers to all the online booking sites on their counter. I am sure others have felt the same way. The room was bare essentials only, 2 towels & 2 wash clothes, it depended on the day whether we received a bath mat or a hand towel. The 4 pillows on the king sized bed were the size of throw pillows and the door was removed off the closet. The mattress had stains on it and wasn't even covered with a plastic cover, just a mattress pad. The air conditioner could barely keep up and it made the entire room feel damp. The cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking as well. The "breakfast" was hot plates with eggs and sausage, a toaster that barely toasted, cereal or yogurt. There was an employee that stood at the desk each morning commenting on the guests as they came down for breakfast which was completely unacceptable. Of the 2 elevators in the building, 1 broke on day 2 of our 5 day stay which left one elevator for the entire hotel. Parking was a joke! We had to circle each night waiting for a parking spot or park in the back of the building where there is limited lighting. We were even told by one of the desk clerks that she tells people to park in the handicap parking since it is so bad. She said not to worry about being towed, nobody checks their parking lot. I questioned if the parking lot was taken by people staying at the Red Roof Inn next door because we saw many cars that did not move during our entire stay.
