The associates at this hotel are exceptionally nice and very helpful. We were treated with great respect and care during our stay. Our room was great and had all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Huge line at check in time (3:00pm) because there were hardly any rooms ready. When we did get our room, we were told that we would have to wait for any towels to use because they didn’t have any clean. This was very problematic for me because I needed to shower and leave. We did not get any clean towels until a little over an hour after check in. The AC unit was extremely loud. Our bathroom was dirty, and the drain plug for the shower was rusted and broken off. To top it all off, the water in the shower barely got hot enough for a warm shower. Way too expensive of a hotel for any of these issues.
