Value for money, clean, near...
Liked: No carpet in room is a positive but in this case it also made the room feel bare. It was a huge room which needed a sofa to make it feel less sparse.
Disliked: The shower mechanism was unusual. Very wide spareorverysharp.

Hidden fees and hidden policies....
Liked: The beds were comfortable but small despite them being queens. I was sure they were doubles till the front desk confirmed they were queens.
Disliked: So I had problems stating 5 days before my trip when I messaged asking if I could pay early only to get an automated response that had nothing to do with question. I tried again and got no response. Two days before trip I got something to do expedited check in early. I gave all the information requested including payment information of which I was instantly charged 25. Thinking they didn’t charge in full because I still had time to cancel, I thought payment was taken care of so I didn’t bring the physical card. Note, no message told me I must present the physical card. When I got there they refused to use card on file and told me I had to use another card, even going as far as asking me if I had someone I could borrow from. I had specifically placed my money on that card for hotel so I didn’t have a spare 331 laying about so I was forced to borrow, leaving a bad taste in my mouth and embarrassing me in front of my friends. Then I found they charged me 360 because of a 25 dollar incidental charge I wasn’t informed of. When I complained they said I’d get the 25 back after check out and no it wasn’t the same 25 charged on my first card. Over all. Bad experience.
