Liked: Large room with great amenities for a low price.Pet-friendly.Nice staff.Clean.Easy stop after a long drive.
Disliked: Too few pillows—had to go to the front desk and ask for a pillow to use on the sleeper sofa.No extra rolls of toilet paper—had to go down to the front desk for that too.The whirlpool tub jets did not work well—still a decent soak, but that was disappointing.

Disliked: Before the stay: Id just left my dying mothers house, where id been sitting by her bedside for the past few days. My brother and I and our sons were headed back across the country to go home and i get a call from the “pay at the property” hotel i booked, saying they were attempting to charge the card and if i didnt pay now that they would cancel my booking. It was 9am. Due to driving from Pennsylvania to Ohio, and there being several calls missed due to dead spots, it was almost cancelled. AT THE PAY AT THE PROPERTY BOOKING! At 9 AM!At the property:The building smells weird upon entry. Immediately everything looks rundownAs if the outside was redone but the inside was notThe staff gave me a different persons keys after taking 20 mins to check us in.The hallway carpets were mismatched and random chunks of carpet were haphazardly placed together.The pool didn’t workThe Game room where everything ran off of quarters, had a quarter machine that was out of order. But thats ok because so were most of the games. And those that did play, were not calibrated and were a money pit for the kids. Which just added to the frustrationIn the room:Matted hair balls on the box springs, the sheets looked like someone remade the bed. Not with new sheets but old ones. There was dirt, dust,and grime all through the room. And there were biting bugs in the bed.It was gross. Beyond gross. I cannot believe this was a “genius suggestion”!This is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in a very long time!DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s DISGUSTING!You should take this property off your list!

Great clean, kind and comfy

Liked: We were very tired when we arrived. Check in was easy staff was very helpful and kind.Went to our room and it was so clean and comfortable. Next morning staff was excellent. The lady serving breakfast was kind and very helpful. Made your morning brighter. All staff excellent.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Samantha was excellent!! Friendly and helpful and very pleasant and professional to work with.
Disliked: The overall esthetic of the hotel. It was not as clean as the pictures portray it to be.
