Beautiful new facility, outside space,...

Liked: Large Room, Cleaning staff always standing by to check on room towels etc. Very sweet vibe, everything is new & well cared for, welcome basket nice touch for sure.
Disliked: TV & WiFi not working great. Hotel staff was not equipped to correct it or take action to connect with correct resources. Continental breakfast was uninspired except for fresh strawberries, they were great. Front Desk staff was friendly, however it is difficult for them to provide superior service with ear buds in or socializing with other staff.

Disappointed in this expensive hotel

Liked: Location was good - walk to nice breweries and coffee shops. Very pretty room.
Disliked: Our room was on the ground floor looking out on an ugly street and a noisy highway. The bed was not comfortable (quite soft), and the shower did not drain well. I expected more for the amount of money I paid.

Such a great place to...

Liked: Great location, well appointed and loved the robes. The balcony was great and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was walkable.
Disliked: Door handle on bathroom kept coming off.
