Disappointed in this expensive hotel

Liked: Location was good - walk to nice breweries and coffee shops. Very pretty room.
Disliked: Our room was on the ground floor looking out on an ugly street and a noisy highway. The bed was not comfortable (quite soft), and the shower did not drain well. I expected more for the amount of money I paid.

Liked: Great location, well appointed and loved the robes. The balcony was great and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was walkable.
Disliked: Door handle on bathroom kept coming off.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent with fresh strawberries, oatmeal, Chobani yogurts, and muffins and danishes. The Tazo teas where good, too.

Relax, Enjoy and Have a...

Liked: Wine Stone is very small, so every guest is treated very well. They make you feel special. The bar area is very comfortable and conducive to conversation. The rooms are large and well maintained, well stocked and comfortable (although my husband always complains about the bed. He's VERY picky) We look forward to staying at Wine Stone because we know we will have a great time.
Disliked: My husband didn't like the bed (but he's VERY picky), I would like a hand-held shower head, but that's the only thing I would change.
