Liked: The room looked nice and staff was pleasant
Disliked: The entire hotel smelled very strongly. And when we first got booked in. They gave us a room that had about an inch of water standing at the back half of the room. They were quick to give us a different room. But as soon as we got in there and realized it also smelled just like the rest of the hotel, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Me and my wife were unable to stay more than an hour due to the conditions... When we walk downstairs to check out the guy just looked at us confused when we told him we were checking out. And I told him that the conditions definitely weren't up to standards. He didn't make any offer to try to recompensate us or anything. it was a horrible experience.. and my family has been coming here for years.. unfortunately it was probably our last visit.
