Hotel certainly deserves its 5*...

Liked: Beautifully designed and decorated. Staff were excellent and so obliging. Room with balcony had a huge comfortable bed and was serviced every day. Location superb.
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like.

The best hotel I’ve ever...

Liked: Location was perfect, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities were great and the indoor pool and sauna excellent. The room was really spacious and comfortable and super clean. Loved the design and layout and all the references to books.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like

Aesthetically pleasing and yummy.

Liked: The spa, rooftop and food & wine
Disliked: The noise in the room - the walls were a bit thin in the rooms I was in.

Excellent hotel in lovely Porto...

Liked: Everything was excellent. Friendly staff, very clean not to big great pool, spa facilities. Breakfast was excellent of a very high standard.
Disliked: Got use to the glass shower didn’t think I would. Rooftop was lovely but lacking something not a problem as we only used it once.
