Liked: Location beautiful. Loved that there was a walkway to sand but wish there was a walkway to water/ocean. Needed for handicapped.
Disliked: Need tv in both bedrooms.

Liked: ...location, beach, and climate of the place. For someone who likes the aura of Amagansett/Napeague.
Disliked: Substandard speed of wi-fi. Not suitable for work, including video conferencing. The signal is strong, but the speed is not sufficient. During our entire stay. Note: mobile coverage is patchy.

Recommended as a basic lodging...

Liked: Grounds were clean, well groomed and right on the Ocean. The room was clean, No air conditioning and not even a fan. Room was too warm, stuffy and I had difficulty sleeping.
Disliked: Room is very basic; old couch and generallly cheap dated furnishings. Not complaining but I anticipated something more up to date. More of a motel feel and quality for the price. Receptionist was polite, and helpful with questions . When I booked the room, they were gracious in allowing me early arrival check in which I appreciated.
