Value for the money wasn't...

Liked: The view was nice but not what I expected with a large amount of overgrown lot in the middle.
Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable and my bed creaked alot. The place is a bit out dated. No laundry or microwave on premises. The hot water pipes made alot of noise. The value for the money wasn't really there.
