Passable

Liked: The location was great, 10 min walk from the downtown. The staff were kind. It was nice to have a kitchen, the fridge.
Disliked: The room is very old, and it needs some serious renovations. The door to the bathroom wash closing. The door to the balcony was hard to open. The bath and the sink were clogged, but they fixed them on our last day of stay. The room had a weird smell of old. The drawers were very hard to open. The cleaning lady was coming early every morning, waking us up to exchange the towels.

The only complaint I have...

Liked: Location was perfect! Smelled and looked clean. Staff were friendly!
Disliked: In bad need of renovation. Rotted wood, rusty stove, tub peeling and needed re-glazing. Balcony had been sweep but trash was left in a corner. Bed sunk in. Lamp shades had some gross residue .With upgrades this would go from 3 stars to possibly 9 stars.
