Liked: Lovely staff. Nice & Clean. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Only an hour window for breakfast 8.30am - 9.30am seemed quite rushed and would have rather had a later option especially with it being a weekend. Later checkout would also have been nice, was 10.30am checkout.

Comfortable, relaxing and well fed

Liked: A lovely little hotel with very friendly staff who go that bit extra to make your stay wonderful they are also knowledgeable about the local area. There is a delicious breakfast, great seaviews with a well furnished conservatory to sit in and relax at the end of the day.

A great place to relax...

Liked: The warm welcome as we arrived.. Cleanliness of each room we went into. Breakfast was amazing, and there was a lot to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble. The seaview was beautiful. Perfect room. Staying just outside blackpool itself gives us the choice to do as much or as little as we want. This hotel definitely ticks every box for recharging the batteries in such a busy life. We definitely will be back,
Disliked: Having to come home.

Liked: Staff very welcoming and accommodating, we stayed an extra night at short notice.

Fabulous place

Liked: Absolutely fabulous place , clean comfortable, quiet , beautiful breakfast , fabulous hosts . Very convenient to nearby shops , bars etc . Perfect .
Disliked: At first though it was way out as weather not good , but conveniently the tram was just opposite , so nothing that I didn't like .
