Well appointed room, front desk...

Liked: Cheap, clean. No hugs, new renos, nice looking place.
Disliked: No bath, shower only. Did not like to do towels or bedding for a week long stay but could've been worse. Again, budget.

Disliked: Recently renovated room was lovely, gap at bottom of doors meant sound transferred clearly from hallway and washroom

Excellent accommodations at a value...

Liked: Room was freshly modernized, excellent washroom and shower with new low step shower pan, very comfortable kingbed with lots of space overall in room. Quiet building with restaurants nearby and directly across the street from park. Easy parking on street or behind. Checkin very quick & easy. Arbaaz (gentleman who assisted with checkin) was very accommodating, welcoming and pleasant.
Disliked: No complaints. Highly recommend.
