Booking .Com does not care...
Liked: We have sent booking.com 2 emails with no reply. Their pool has been empty for months not one car in the parking lot so no one was staying there the lobby smelled and the managers English was very limited but at least he to he wouldn't charge us for canceling so we canceled and notified your company with no reply..

What can go wrong
Liked: It was close to the lake.
Disliked: That is paid for a room that advertised a pool and upon arrival there was no water in the pool. I felt cheated out of my money. I also didn't like the fact that there was a disturbance next door that went on for hours. From 9PM until 3AM. I called the front desk to make a complaint and reluctantly the staff told me to call the police. I was confused because that should be property management assignment. I don't know about the laws or police in Arizona. Me calling the police once they arrive would still have to speak with management i assume. The incident was not handled properly. I didn't get much sleep considering check out being at 11AM and the disturbance didn't quite stop till 4AM. Honestly I feel like it wasn't worth the booking and I would like to be refunded for the one day. This is my honest feedback.

Not worth the price, absolutely...
Liked: The view was great
Disliked: The place was absolutely filthy and expensive there was hair stuck inside and on the towels, a hair ball stuck to the shower and the place is falling apart. Right outside our room's door on the 2nd floor felt like we were going to fall through. No dogs or no cats depending on the owners mood and then charges you a "pet deposit" that's more like a fee because it isn't refunded and when I asked for a receipt for the $60 "pet deposit" I had to paid in cash, he said I had my room receipt and wouldn't give me one. The owner also yelled at my husband for smoking in the room even though he wasn't, he did have a cigarette in his mouth but it wasn't lit he turned around to tell me something then here comes the owner screaming at us. Refused to give us a bath stopper because "people flood" tbf it felt more like being a kid getting scolded then being a 50+ year old renting a room. They advertised a continental breakfast, but went down at 8ish and there was no sign of one. If you can go ANYWHERE else do so. I'd even sleep on the beach before I decided to rent here again
