Disliked: Bathroom had no shelf for toiletries and no plug for hair dryer. No phone in room.

Excellent location & helpful staff

Liked: Location is perfect for walking to the river, lots of restaurants & bars. Bed are comfortable.
Disliked: No balcony, no ice dispenser

Over Priced for the money.

Liked: The location of this hotel was very good, it was downtown,and close to one of the Stratford Festival Theatres as well as lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
Disliked: We had booked a suite. Expecting that it would be separate bedroom, bathroom and private sitting area. It was not. It was a very large room, no carpeting , no pictures on the walls, and it has a small sofa and two chairs in a corner.The bathroom was so small that we had to close the door to get into the shower.The front desk was very rarely manned. You had to use a passcode to get into the hotel and also your room.The bar/restaurant was under “renovation” Although it was also under renovation last year. One has to wonder if there is cash flow problems

Great locationand and a comfortable...

Liked: The management was extraordinary and was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The manager was great especially when our cell phones didnt work and we needed to call our provider. The room was comfortable, a bit small. Couldn’t have asked for a better location to walk to everything.
Disliked: Need ventilation in the bathroom and maybe a new filter in the air conditioner. But otherwise no issues. Had to park in the public lot down the street.

BEST HOTEL IN STRATFORD

Liked: Excellent staff. Peaceful environment. Exceptional location. You can walk to all major restaurants, theatres & events. Huge, king size bed with good mattress, pillows & bedding. Perfect for our 45th anniversary...

Ok, but did not like...

Liked: Location
Disliked: All three rooms had a moldy, musty odour which was very unpleasent and not remediated by renovation.

Exceptional

Liked: the location was perfect - close to everything. We had the appartment and it was great - although a second bathroom would have been nice.
Disliked: Need more parking, or at least make it clearer that we would need to pre-book parking.
