Home away from home!

Liked: We love staying at Windmill Suites in Surprize, AZ and have stayed there many times. The staff is beyond excellent! The rooms are spotless, comfortable and offer so much more than regular hotel rooms for the same price range. Breakfast is complimentary and delicious too. If you need anything the staff is more than willing to help!

Disliked: I feel we are due a refund. We stayed at the hotel when visiting my father. He's 94 years old and keeps his home too hot, and it's hard to sleep. We decided to get a hotel nearby, in order to visit but be able to sleep well..The hotel halls smelled horrible. The main issue is that the room would not cool down. We were not able to sleep as it was too hot, the whole reason for staying there. The ceiling vent was dripping water from the air-conditioning system. The door between the bedroom and bathroom was very hard to close and open. The bathroom main door would not lock.
