One night stay and served...

Liked: Buffet breakfast was good- would have chosen a continental breakfast, but didn’t have any continental meats or cheeses so a little disappointed not on offer
Disliked: Breakfast menu details the content of normal breakfasts, but no mention at all of what is included in a continental one. Had to ask the server at ordering. Would be helpful if this was included in the information on the menus

A convenient and good place...

Liked: Location, staff and cleanliness. Food offering was cheap and cheerful.
Disliked: Room a little dated, quite warm, with limited ventilation.

Shame on your phone service

Liked: I do like the hotel and location
Disliked: I tried to book direct 3 times but no answer. Left three messages to call me back but they didn't so I booked through booking.com as trip was urgent. You then get penalised and loose the %20 discount at the restaurant by not booking direct

spot on, will definitely be...

Liked: Staff were all excellent, good sense of humour and very friendly, receptionist went out of her way to show us what there was to do in the local area with a hand written list of places to visit, service in the restaurant was fast and friendly too no issues at all
Disliked: nothing really
