Great location, super staff, but...

Liked: Convenient for Lincoln city centre
Disliked: Run down, slightly grubby, and rooms and fixtures were tired and in need of restoration

Liked: Ideal location - 3 miles from my work site.Plenty of parking. Dinner was a Carvery - excellent beef.
