Nice place but so hot

Liked: Nice location and rooms were nice.
Disliked: Radiator broke so the room was so hot and reception could do nothing.

Liked: Everything was top .Will definitely come back again

I enjoyed the stay.

Liked: breakfast was good, dinner was very good, room and bed were good and location excellent. Parking place is not large, but I did fit in so no complaint. EV Charger was the main reason I chose this place. Wifi works well.
Disliked: bathroom needs renovation.

Disliked: Weak shower, weak wifi in Annex, breakfast was not ready in time.

Easter stay

Liked: The location was great, lovely views. We stayed in the cottage, which was very nice. It was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: There was a posh coffee machine. However, during our stay there, no coffee pods are available. At breakfast, I was disappointed that it wasn't cooked to order, full English breakfast, and the scrambled eggs were held hot and went watery.,

Liked: We've been wanting for quite a while to visit the lakes and stay at this hotel. It's absolutely brilliant! Exceeded our expectations. The size of the bed, wow, and the whole room was amazing, breakfast very good, and location spot on, very close to the lake which you have a beautiful view of from the gardens and not only, and walking distrance to Winderemere town cetre as well as Bowness.The restaurant and the lounge was very nice, food very good and staff very pleasant and helpful
